How do I buy a gift card on MKPAYZ?

Browse or search for the brand you want, click the card, choose a denomination, enter your delivery email, select a payment method, and complete the purchase. Your gift card code will be emailed to you instantly after payment is confirmed.
Do I need an account to buy?

Yes, a free account is required to place orders. Registration takes less than a minute. Once registered, you can track all your orders and manage your purchases from your personal dashboard.
Can I buy gift cards in bulk or multiple quantities?

Yes! When placing an order, you can increase the quantity to purchase up to 10 of the same gift card denomination in a single transaction. Each code will be delivered individually to your email.
Which gift card brands do you offer?

Can I send a gift card to someone else?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's email address in the "Delivery Email" field at checkout. The gift card code will be sent directly to them. You can also add a personal gift message to include with the delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, bank transfers, and account balance payments. All card transactions are processed securely by Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.
Are there any transaction fees?

A small service fee of 12.5% is applied to all orders. This fee is shown clearly in the order summary before you confirm your purchase — there are no hidden charges.
How does the bank transfer payment work?

After selecting bank transfer, you'll receive our bank account details. You make the transfer from your bank and upload your payment proof in the order details. Our team verifies the transfer (usually within a few hours) and releases your gift card code.
What is the account balance and how do I top it up?

Your account balance is a pre-loaded credit you can use for instant purchases without entering payment details each time. You can top up your balance from your dashboard using a card or bank transfer.
Which currencies do you support?

Gift cards are available in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, TRY, PLN, AED, NZD and more — depending on the brand. Charges are made in the gift card's native currency via your selected payment method.
📦 Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Card and balance payments are processed instantly — you'll receive your code within seconds to a few minutes. Bank transfer orders are processed once payment is verified by our team, which typically takes a few hours during business days.
I didn't receive my gift card code. What should I do?
+
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received it, log in to your dashboard and check the order status. If the status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the email, contact our support team with your Order ID.
Can I change the delivery email after placing an order?

If your order hasn't been delivered yet, contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and the new email address. We'll do our best to update it before delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed for fast-processing orders.
Can I schedule a gift card for later delivery?

Yes! When placing an order, you can enable the "Schedule delivery for later" option and choose a future date and time. Your gift card code will be held and delivered at your chosen time — perfect for gifting on birthdays or special occasions.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign In" in the top-right corner and then select "Create account". Enter your name, email address, and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account and start shopping.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact support.
Can I track my order status?

Yes. Log in to your dashboard to view all your orders and their real-time status. You can also use the Order Tracker page with just your Order ID and email — no login required.
How do I update my profile or email address?

Go to your dashboard and open the Profile section. You can update your display name, profile photo, and notification preferences there. To change your email address, contact our support team.

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds for undelivered orders or in cases of technical failure on our side. Once a gift card code has been delivered and viewed, it cannot be refunded as the code may have already been used. Please review our Terms of Service for the full policy.
How do I request a refund?

Log in to your dashboard, find the order in question, and click "Request Refund". Provide a reason and any relevant details. Our team reviews all refund requests within 24–48 hours. You can also contact support directly.
How long does a refund take to process?

Once approved, refunds are credited to your MKPAYZ account balance instantly. If you paid by card and prefer a card refund, this typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
🔒 Security
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your card details on our servers. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Do you offer two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Yes, MKPAYZ supports TOTP-based two-factor authentication (compatible with Google Authenticator, Authy, and similar apps). You can enable 2FA from the Security section of your dashboard for an extra layer of account protection.
I think my account was compromised. What should I do?

Change your password immediately from your dashboard. Enable 2FA if you haven't already. Then contact our support team right away so we can investigate and secure your account. You can also review your login activity log in the dashboard Security section.
Which countries do you serve?

MKPAYZ is available worldwide. We offer gift cards in multiple currencies to customers across the globe. Some brands may be region-restricted by the gift card issuer — this is noted on the product page where applicable.
