How long does delivery take?
Most gift cards are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours. If you haven't received your code after 1 hour, please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard via Stripe, bank transfers, and account balance. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe with 3D Secure authentication.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a gift card code was not delivered or is invalid, we will issue a full refund including service fees. Submit a refund request from your dashboard within 7 days of purchase.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for card processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your card details on our servers. All connections are encrypted with SSL/TLS.
What countries do you support?
We serve customers worldwide. Gift card availability may vary by region — we clearly display the supported currency for each card. Bank transfer is available globally; Stripe card payments depend on your card issuer.
My gift card code doesn't work — what do I do?
First, double-check you're redeeming the code on the correct platform and in the correct country. If the code is still invalid, contact us immediately with your order ID and a screenshot, and we'll resolve it promptly.
How do I check my order status?
Log in to your dashboard and go to "My Orders". You'll see the live status of every order. You also receive email updates at each stage of the process.
Can I use my account balance for purchases?
Yes! You can top up your MKPAYZ balance and use it to pay for gift cards instantly. This is the fastest checkout method as no additional payment gateway verification is needed.
